What These Terms Cover

These Terms govern your use of thepluvo.com, including our informational content, revenue-leak calculator, and demo call feature. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to contract — a binding relationship with Pluvo is only formed through a signed Services Agreement.

These Terms do not govern the paid AI receptionist service itself — that relationship is governed separately by the Pluvo Services Agreement signed by each Client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for that Client's paid service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

The Demo Call Feature

If the Site offers a demo call so you can hear our AI voice agent in action, that call may be recorded for quality purposes, and our AI agent will disclose that it is an AI if asked. By initiating a demo call, you consent to this recording.

The Revenue Calculator

The revenue/missed-call calculator on this Site provides estimates only, based on general industry ranges and the inputs you select. These figures are illustrative and are not a guarantee of the revenue any specific business will recover, save, or earn by using the Service. Actual results depend on your business's own call volume, booking rates, job values, and other factors that vary widely.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any business

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Pluvo name and logo, and the underlying design — is owned by Pluvo or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

No Warranty

The Site and its content, including the revenue calculator, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any estimate or calculation will be accurate for your specific business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluvo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any estimate produced by the revenue calculator.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
